Bettina Schasse is now member of the Advisory Board of the EU-funded project Europeana Sounds

The EU-funded project Europeana Sounds is about opening the gateway to Europe’s sound and music heritage. With the aggregation and digitisation of tens of thousands of audio items dating back to the invention of the first sound recorders, the voices and sounds of Europe will become accessible online to the widest audience. As a member of the Advisory Board of the Europeana sounds, Mrs. Schasse will promote the use of the Music Business Ontology, which was developed in the ART-e-FACT project, as a possible data schema to store the music-meta-data.
